3. Prepare shrink film and ensure that the film material and size are suitable for the packaged products.
4. Remove the shrink film from the roll, place it on the film frame, and ensure that the film material passes through the guide device smoothly.
5. Adjust the temperature and speed settings of the heat shrink packaging machine to adapt to the requirements of the film material and product. Generally, the temperature should be adjusted according to the type and thickness of the membrane material, and the speed should be adjusted according to the size and shape of the product.
6. Place the product into the film material, and ensure that the film material completely wraps the product and leaves an appropriate shrinkage allowance.
