According to different packaging methods, the processing and packaging forms of the heat shrink machine are about the following three. First is the packaging form that open at both ends of the heat shrink machine. This packaging form is to wrap the products in a sleeve with cylindrical film or flat film, and then shrink film with high temperature by heating. The production process of this packaging form is as follows: When the product is to be packaged with cylindrical film, the film should be opened first, and then the product is pushed to the film with the help of the chute. There are another two kinds of shrink packaging form. 1)All around sealed packing and 2)Open end packaging. The all around sealed packaging is to wrap the product all around with flat film or cylindrical film, and then sealing the overlap joint. This packaging form is used for product packaging requiring sealing. The open end packing is to make the film into a square bottom bag, and then use the bag to cover the stack of goods on the tray and then shrink the film bag by heating. This method of packaging products can have better stability, will not loosen during transportation.
